Ultrasonic Quilting is a production made by Spunbond or by combining different fabrics alone or by ultrasonic processing in 2-3 layers. Upon request, different types of ultrasonic quilting can be obtained by using Fiber, Spunlace, Spunbond in different weights, and special fabrics for our customers upon request. Quilted products are especially used in furniture and bed manufacturing, and saddle bags for home textile.
Embossing Quilted: It is quilted, which consists of only two layers of fabric and does not contain fibers. It is generally used in home textile.
Toast Quilting: It is produced by placing fiber in the middle of a Spunbond with 2 layers of thick weight. It is generally used in furniture manufacturing.
Saddle Bag Quilting: It is produced by putting Fiber in the middle of the thick-weight upper Spunbond and the thin-weight lower Spunbond. It is generally used in home textile, bed and furniture manufacturing.
Bedding Quilting: It is used in the production of quilts and pillows.
